OFFICIAL RULES The Home Improvement Sweepstakes by True Home Value, Inc., parent of THV Compozit Windows & Doors NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal U.S. residents that own a home located within the service areas of True Home Value, Inc., its parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries, who are 21 years of age or older as of October 1, 2011. Void wherever prohibited by law. Employees of True Home Value, Inc. ("Sponsor") and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. APPLICABLE RULES: In addition to these Official Rules, participation in this sweepstakes is subject to your full and unconditional agreement to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor. Entries must be received by 09/30/2012. Limit one entry per envelope. LIMITATIONS: Limit one entry per person. No mechanically reproduced entries of any kind permitted. Illegible and incomplete entries are void. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received in two separate random drawings on or about 04/15/12 and 10/15/12. Odds of winning will depend on number of eligible entries received for each drawing period. Winners will thereafter be notified by telephone. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Content Assignment, and/or Prize Acceptance form, which may require social security number, postmarked within 10 days of the date on notification materials. Noncompliance within this time period and/or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random draw from all remaining eligible entries. PRIZES: One (1) prize will be awarded consisting of home improvement work by True Home Value, Inc., its parent, affiliates, or subsidiaries up to $15,000 in value and $10,000 in a cash prize in the form of a check. Home improvements vary in cost and project. The winner may use the $15,000 prize on any home improvement project offered or manufactured by True Home Value, Inc. If the home improvement project does not exceed the $15,000 awarded, the winner may choose to use the remaining dollar amount towards another home improvement project offered by True Home Value, Inc. If the cost of a single project or multiple projects requested by the winner exceeds $15,000, the winner is responsible for the remaining balance of the full cost of the project. The winner will also receive $10,000 cash in the form of a check. These cash winnings may be used at the discretion of the winner. The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes and fees that may apply. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. No substitution or transfer/assignment of prize by the winner is permitted. Prizes will not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with prize of equal or greater value. PUBLICITY/MARKETING: Except where prohibited, your entry in this sweepstakes constitutes your consent to Sponsor to use of your name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, hometown and state or province, and entry (with or without attribution) for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide and without further payment or consideration. In addition, Sponsor shall have the right to use your contact information supplied in connection with this sweepstakes (postal address, telephone number, email address, etc.) for marketing and promotional purposes. CANCELLATION: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify this sweepstakes if: (a) a virus, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the sweepstakes; (b) fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the sweepstakes as determined by sponsors, in their sole discretion; and (c) any other circumstances, as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion, significantly impacting the integrity, fairness or proper operation of the sweepstakes. RELEASE: By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and its respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related companies, successors and assigns, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and its shareholders, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claims, demands, losses, promises, cause of action and liabilities, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of the preparation for, or participation in, this sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
